If you go look, at any given time, you will see that they cannot hold every item in stock all the time because the only way to import sensibly is in containers, rather than aeroplanes. Here in the UK, we have to pay a customs examination fee of £11 minimum, then VAT and Duty. Even gifts above £39 incur fees, if we order from the USA.
So while this is mostly for my USA visitors, who might not be on the mailing list at SimpleShot (get on it!) We always have the impatient who order directly from the States and so some of you may well have SimpleShot accounts. If you do, then you are away!
Basically, it’s a classic rewards scheme. Join, earn points then redeem…. You get ten points for every dollar and 250 points for making the account. There are even Bronze, Silver and Gold points multipliers to your points if you spend a certain amount in a year. Compared with fishing tackle, it remains still affordable even at the Gold level. To redeem points, you get a dollar off for 200 points and can use up to 2,000 at a time to make it $10. Or you can go for 10% overall order discount for 2,500 points or 15% for 5,000. It’ll need you to do some sums to see how your buying of their stuff fits in.
