They do say careful what you wish for. The bloke who appears in the thumbnail for the UKCA video here, was kind of cool and asked if I was paying him, when we were filming, as I simply accosted him live without asking! We became FB chums and just the other day he messaged me to ask if that video was ever made?
Now this was the shoot that the magazine’s first issue was launched at, for all it was the UKCA’s last outing by that name. It was a crazy time. The perfectly silly thing is that somehow I didn’t even notice that I had not edited and put that video together – I think because it was for issue two. All of the videos for issue one were saved up and launched at the same time. I must have changed my mind after that video was shot, As all the stuff we have done since has simply been published. I do feel a fool for not putting it up sooner.
Anyway, for your delectation and delight, as you freeze in the January post-Christmas depression zone, I bring you the mostly shirtless video of the very last UKCA (UK Catapult Association) shoot from the sweltering Summer of 2018. All minors had parents/guardians permission for filming. (It’s daft but I do check…)
